It's foundation is from a collection of poker greats, Doyle Brunson's "Super System II", Dan Harrington & Bill Robertie's "Harrington on Hold'em Volume I, II and III", Tom McEvoy & T.J. The strategy built on this formidable foundation is primarily from the materials provided by Arnold Snyder's "The Poker Tournament Formula", Lee Nelson, Tysen Streib & Kim Lee's "Kill Everyone" and Daniel Negreanu's "Poker Hold'em Strategy" with chapters by Evelyn Ng, Todd Brunson, Erick Lindgren, Paul Wasicka and David Williams.

This was and is mean-spirited and founded on irroneous and irrelevant information, but fortunately there are a few forward-thinking, informed sites that provide a great platform for U.S. Players.
